RESOLUTION 2018-124R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT TO <br /> TEXAS DISPOSAL SYSTEMS, INC. FOR STREET SWEEPING AND <br /> STORM WATER POND WASTE DISPOSAL (IFB 218-273) WITH AN <br /> ESTIMATED VALUE OF $110,000.00; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE SAID <br /> AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The award of a contract to Texas Disposal Systems, Inc. for street sweeping <br /> and storm water pond waste disposal (IFB 218-273) with an estimated value of$110,000.00 is <br /> approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
