RESOLUTION 2018-155R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AN <br /> INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER <br /> AUTHORITY FOR ELECTRICAL TRANSMISSION CONTROL AND <br /> SUBSTATION MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR FOR AN AMOUNT NOT <br /> TO EXCEED $1,000,000.00; RATIFYING THE CITY'S EXECUTION OF <br /> THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. On December 19, 2014, the city entered into an agreement with LCRA for <br /> planning, repair, maintenance, testing, technical and inspection services on the Facilities of <br /> SMEU. <br /> 2. In order to comply with Texas Local Government Code Chapter 271, this <br /> agreement is being submitted for approval to the City Council . <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> r <br /> PARTE The contract with the Lower Colorado River Authority for electrical <br /> transmission control and substation maintenance and repair for an amount not to exceed <br /> $1,000,000.00 is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City's execution of the contract documents is ratified. <br /> PART 3.
