RESOLUTION 2018-176R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE SAN MARCOS CONSOLIDATED <br /> INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL RESOURCE <br /> OFFICER(SRO) SERVICES; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR <br /> HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THIS CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE <br /> CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The interlocal agreement between the City and the San Marcos Consolidated <br /> Independent School District for school resource officer(SRO) services is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
