RESOLUTION 2018-208R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH PERDUE, <br /> BRANDON, FIELDER, COLLINS & MOTT, LLP TO COLLECT <br /> DELINQUENT MUNICIPAL COURT FINES, FEES, COURT COSTS, <br /> AND OTHER DEBTS PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 103.0031 OF THE <br /> TEXAS CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID CHANGE IN SERVICES; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The contract with Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins & Mott, LLP to <br /> collect delinquent municipal court fines, fees, court costs, and other debts pursuant to article <br /> 103.0031 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
