RESOLUTION NO. 2019-05R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A THREE-YEAR CONTRACT WITH <br /> GRANICUS, INC. FOR THE AGENDA MANAGEMENT WORKFLOW <br /> SYSTEM AND VIDEO STREAMING SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $111,537.48; RATIFYING THE CITY STAFF'S ACCEPTANCE OF THE <br /> CONTRACT AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. A three-year agreement with Granicus, Inc. for an agenda management <br /> workflow system and video streaming services for$111,537.48 is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City staffs acceptance of the contract is ratified. <br /> PART 3.
