RESOLUTION NO. 2019-44R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE ANNUAL RENEWAL OF THE <br />AGREEMENT WITH GENE BAGWELL DOING BUSINESS AS <br />MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND <br />OPERATION OF THE SAN MARCOS CEMETERY IN THE AMOUNT <br />OF $148,345.34; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE RENEWAL OF <br />THIS AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The annual renewal of the Agreement ("Agreement") with Gene Bagwell <br />doing business as Maintenance Management for maintenance and operation of the San Marcos <br />Cemetery in the amount of $148,345.34 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />documents related to the renewal of this Agreement on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
