RESOLUTION NO. 2019-64R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CHANGE IN SERVICES TO THE <br />CONTRACT WITH MWM DESIGNGROUP TO ADD ENGINEERING <br />DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE HILLS OF HAYS DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF <br />$232,252 (PHASE 2 — DESIGN SERVICES); AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE <br />DOCUMENTS TO IMPLEMENT THE CHANGE IN SERVICES; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. A change in services to the contract with MWM DesignGroup to add <br />engineering design services for the Hills of Hays Drainage Improvements Project in the estimated <br />amount of $232,252 (phase 2 — design services) is hereby approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />documents to implement said change in services. <br />PART 4.
