RESOLUTION NO. 2019-65R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A LIST OF QUALIFIED ON-CALL <br />WATER AND WASTEWATER ENGINEERING FIRMS FOR THEIR <br />PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES AS <br />NEEDED IN CONNECTION WITH CURRENT AND FUTURE WATER <br />AND WASTEWATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS DESIGN AND <br />CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />RECITALS: <br />1. The City issued a Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") No. 219-129 for on-call water <br />and wastewater engineering services for various City projects. <br />2. On January 31, 2019 the City received Statements of Qualifications ("SOQ") from <br />38 firms. <br />3. An evaluation committee was formed for the purpose of evaluating the SOQ's and <br />selecting the most qualified firms for placement on an on-call list. <br />4. The committee selected the fifteen most highly qualified firms to be on the on-call <br />list for water and wastewater engineering services under the terms of professional service <br />agreements with the City. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. Based on the evaluator's scores, the following firms are approved for placement <br />on the City's on-call list of qualified water and wastewater engineering firms for various City <br />projects subject to the terms of professional service agreements with such firms: <br />A. Alan Plummer Associates <br />B. BGE, Inc. <br />C. Cobb Fendley & Associates <br />D. CP&Y, Inc. <br />E. Freese & Nichols, Inc. <br />F. Halff & Associates, Inc. <br />
