RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 119R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A TWO-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE <br />EXPIRATION DATE FOR THE REPLAT OF NORTHGATE CENTER 2, <br />BEING APPROXIMATELY 1.82 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, LOCATED <br />NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF IH -35 AND AQUARENA SPRINGS <br />DRIVE; AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF TO EXECUTE SUCH <br />INSTRUMENTS AS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE SUCH EXTENSION <br />CONSISTENT WITH THIS RESOLUTION; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The expiration date for the Replat of Northgate Center 2 is hereby extended <br />to July 24, 2021, subject to any conditions as may be attached hereto. <br />PART 2. City staff is hereby authorized to execute such instruments as necessary to <br />effectuate such extension, consistent with this resolution. <br />PART 3.
