RESOLUTION NO. 2019-122R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CITY SUPPORT OF <br />PUBLIC EVENTS POLICY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />1. On December 12, 2018 the City Council was presented with a staff <br />presentation which included a proposed City Support of Public Events Policy and <br />strategic direction for forming a policy. <br />2. The City Council heard an additional staff presentation on June 4, 2019 <br />which outlined the elements of a proposed City Support of Public Events Policy and is <br />now prepared to approve the Policy. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The City Support of Public Events Policy attached to this resolution is <br />hereby approved. <br />PART 2.
