RESOLUTION NO. 2019-14OR <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A MEET AND CONFER AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE SAN MARCOS PROFESSIONAL FIREFIGHTERS <br />ASSOCIATION LOCAL #3963 AND THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The San Marcos City Council hereby approves the Meet and Confer <br />Agreement with the San Marcos Professional Firefighters Association Local #3963 attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A" and authorizes the city manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the <br />city. <br />PART 2.
