RESOLUTION NO. 2019-164R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH SHI <br />GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS, THROUGH THE BUYBOARD <br />COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM, FOR APPSENSE IVANTI <br />DESKTOPNOW LICENSES IN THE AMOUNT OF $35,550, TOGETHER <br />WITH CHANGES IN SERVICE FOR ADDITIONAL LICENSES IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $16,967; RATIFYING THE CITY MANAGER'S PRIOR <br />EXECUTION OF THIS CONTRACT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE SAID CHANGES IN <br />SERVICE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The contract with SHI Government Solutions, through the BuyBoard <br />cooperative purchasing program, for Appsense Ivanti DesktopNow licenses in the amount of <br />$35,550, together with changes in service for additional licenses in the amount of $16,967, is <br />approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager's execution of said contract on behalf of the City is ratified <br />and the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute said changes in service on behalf <br />of the City. <br />PART 3.
