RESOLUTION N0.2008-28R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE <br />APPOINTMENT OF SAM AGUIRRE AS ASSISTANT <br />CITY ATTORNEY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />RECITALS: <br />1. The approval of the City Council is necessary for the appointment of an <br />Assistant City Attorney under City Charter Section 4.04. <br />2. The City Attorney, Michael J. Cosentino, has requested City Council approval <br />of the appointment of Mr. Sam Aguirre as Assistant City Attorney. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The City Attorney's appointment of Sam Aguirre as Assistant City <br />Attorney is approved. <br />PART 2.
