RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 216R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS ESTABLISHING NEW MONTHLY LEASE RATES AT <br />THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT FOR T -HANGARS, SHELTERS AND <br />STORAGE FACILITIES BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2020; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />RECITALS: <br />1. The Airport Manager has proposed and the San Marcos Airport Commission has <br />recommended that the City establish new lease rates for T -Hangars, shelters and storage. <br />3. Based upon this recommendation, the City Council wishes to establish new lease <br />rates for City -owned airport facilities. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The rates attached in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated by <br />reference as if set out in full herein are approved by the City Council and will become effective <br />on January 1, 2020. <br />PART 2.
