RESOLUTION NO. 2019-209R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE <br />AFFORDABLE/WORKFORCE HOUSING POLICY REGARDING THE <br />CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS RELATING TO THE <br />LOW-INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDIT PROGRAM ADMINISTERED <br />BY THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY <br />AFFAIRS; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The Affordable/Workforce Housing Policy is hereby amended to reflect <br />the changes in criteria for approval of applications relating to the Low -Income Housing Tax <br />Credit Program administered by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs as <br />reflected in the attachment hereto. <br />PART 2.
