She presented the <br />Council with a sample of her successful promotion of tourism in Beaumont, <br />Jefferson County, Texas, and surrounding areas. She stated she created a <br />wonderful partnership in that area and decreased the cost of advertising. <br />She stated she hoped to be of service to the City. 2) Steve Ramsey, Baker- <br />Aicklen and Associates, stated he wished to speak on Item 13, Resolution <br />regarding North IH35 Wastewater Improvements Project. He encouraged the <br />Council to adopt this Resolution. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration a public hearing regarding <br />a Zoning Ordinance, the caption which was read as follows: <br />
