RESOLUTION NO. 2020-189R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CHANGE IN SERVICE TO THE <br />AGREEMENT WITH KNIGHT OFFICE SOLUTIONS (CONTRACT NO. <br />219-270) THROUGH A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH U.S. <br />COMMUNITIES GOVERNMENT PURCHASING ALLIANCE TO <br />EXTEND THE AGREEMENT FOR A ONE-YEAR TERM IN THE <br />ESTIMATED ANNUAL AMOUNT OF $100,550.00 FOR CITY-WIDE <br />PRINTER MAINTENANCE WITH THREE ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR <br />TERM OPTIONS FOR AN ESTIMATED TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT <br />OF $402,200.00; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS <br />DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS TO <br />IMPLEMENT THE CHANGE IN SERVICE; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. A change in service to the agreement with Knight Office Solutions (Contract <br />No. 219-270) through a cooperative agreement with U.S. Communities Government Purchasing <br />Alliance to extend the agreement for a one-year term in the estimated annual amount of <br />$100,550.00 for City-wide printer maintenance with three additional one-year term options for an <br />estimated total contract amount of $402,200.00 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />documents to implement the change in service. <br />PART 3.
