RESOLUTION NO. 2021-15R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING AN INDEFINITE DELIVERY <br />INDEFINITE QUANTITY AGREEMENT TO HI -LITE AIRFIELD <br />SERVICES, LLC FOR STRIPING OF THREE RUNWAYS AT THE SAN <br />MARCOS REGIONAL AIRPORT (CONTRACT NO. 221-030) ON AN AS <br />NEEDED BASIS IN THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL COST OF $75,000.00 <br />AND AUTHORIZING THREE ADDITIONAL ANNUAL RENEWALS <br />FOR A TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $300,000.00; AUTHORIZING <br />THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE <br />CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS <br />PART 1. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity agreement with Hi -Lite Airfield <br />Services, LLC for striping of three runways at the San Marcos Regional Airport (Contract No. <br />221-030) on an as needed basis in the estimated annual cost of $75,000.00 is approved and three <br />additional annual renewals are authorized for a total contract amount of $300,000.00. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the agreement <br />on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
