QUITCLAIM DEED <br />DATE: AUGUST 8, 1991 <br />GRANTOR: JANET MARIE WOMACK PEARSON <br />GRANTOR'S MAILING ADDRESS <br />806 Millcreek Run <br />Plantersville, Texas 77363 <br />GRANTEE: LOU ANN GROWCOCK <br />GRANTEE'S MAILING ADDRESS <br />8308 S. 5th Street <br />Broken Arrow, Tulsa County <br />Oklahoma 74011 <br />CONSIDERATION: TEN AND N0/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other <br />valuable consideration paid to Grantor by Grantee, the receipt <br />of which is hereby acknowledged. <br />PROPERTY (including any improvements): <br />Lot Nos. Five (5) and Six (6), Block Forty -Three (43), <br />Section B-1, of the A. M. RAMSAY ADDITION TO THE CEMETERY <br />GROUNDS, belonging to said City of San Marcos, and situated <br />on the T. J. Chambers League of land in said County of <br />Hays, State of Texas. <br />The Cemetery Lots hereby conveyed are a part of the cemetery <br />property acquired by the City of San Marcos from A.M..Ramsay <br />by Deed, dated May 4, 1932, recorded in Volume 104, pages <br />479-481, Hays County Deed Records. The plat or map of <br />said Addition is recorded in Volume 108, pages 155-159 <br />of said Deed Records. Said Deed and Map, and the respective <br />records thereof are hereby referred to for a more complete <br />description of the Lots hereby conveyed and for all other <br />pertinent purposes. <br />As a part of the consideration of the property hereby <br />conveyed, it is agreed and understood that the property <br />shall be subject, always, to the restrictions promulgated <br />and/or imposed by the governing body of the said City of <br />San Marcos in exercising perpetual care of the said property <br />herin conveyed. This provision is intended to be, and <br />shall be construed as, a covenant running with the land, <br />binding upon the property hereby conveyed, and the present <br />and successive owners thereof, and inuring to the benefit <br />of the City of San Marcos, its successors and assigns, <br />and inuring to the benefit of the remaining lots and blocks <br />in said Cemetery, and the present and successive owners <br />thereof. <br />For the consideration Grantor quitclaims to Grantee all <br />of Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to the property, <br />to have and to hold it to Grantee, Grantee's heirs, executors, <br />administrators, successors, or assigns forever.
