<br />The cemetery lot hereby conveyed is a part of the cemetery property acquired by the City of San Marcos from

<br />pages______ 4.7.9=_4_$_1----, Hays County Deed Records. The plat or map or said addition is recorded in Vol.__ 10 8 -------------- pages
<br />of said Deed Records. Said deed and map, and the respective records thereof are hereby referred to for a
<br />more complete description of the lot(s) hereby conveyed and for all other pertinent purposes.
<br />As a part of the consideration of the property hereby conveyed, it is agreed and understood that the property shall
<br />be subject, always, to the restrictions promulgated and/or imposed by the Governing Body of the said City of San Marcos
<br />in exercising Perpetual Care of the said property herein conveyed. This provision is intended to be, and shall be con-
<br />strued as, a covenant running with the land, binding upon the property hereby conveyed, and the present and successive
<br />owners thereof, and inuring to the benefit of the City of San Marcos, its successors and assigns, and inuring to the
<br />benefit of the remaining lots and blocks in said cemetery, and the present and successive owners thereof.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances
