Call To Order <br />4:00 PM <br />Special Meeting - City Manager Evaluation <br />City Park Rec Hall <br />With a quorum present, the Appointee Evaluations Special Meeting of the San <br />Marcos City Council was called to order by Mayor Hughson at 4:00p.m. <br />Tuesday, July 1, 2021. <br />11. Roll Call <br />Present: 7 - Mayor Pro Tern Melissa Derrick, Mayor Jane Hughson, Council Member Maxfield <br />Baker, Council Member Saul Gonzales, Council Member Alyssa Garza, Council <br />Member Mark Gleason and Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Shane Scott <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />1. Executive Session in accordance with Section §551.074 of the Texas Government Code: <br />Personnel Matters - to discuss and conduct the annual performance evaluation of the City <br />Manager. <br />A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Derrick, seconded by Council Member Baker, to <br />enter into Executive Session at 4:03 p.m. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />For: 7 - Mayor Pro Tern Derrick, Mayor Hughson, Council Member Baker, Council <br />Member Gonzales, Council Member Garza, Council Member Gleason and Deputy <br />Mayor Pro Tern Scott <br />Against: 0 <br />ACTION/DIRECTION FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />2. Consider action, by motion, or provide direction to Staff regarding the following Executive <br />Session item in accordance with Section §551.074 of the Government Code: Personnel <br />Matters - to discuss and conduct the annual performance evaluation of the City Manager. <br />Executive Session Concluded at 8:02 p.m. <br />Mayor Hughson stated the annual evaluation was conducted for the City Manager. <br />111.
