RESOLUTION NO. 2019-102R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH PROCARE <br />AUTOMOTIVE, LLC ("AMM COLLISION CENTER") FOR THE REPAIR <br />OF UNFORESEEN HAIL DAMAGE TO CITY VEHICLES IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $327,398.29; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached Services Contract with Procare Automotive, LLC (No. 219- <br />268) is hereby approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf <br />of the City. <br />PART 3.
