RESOLUTION NO. 2022-183R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO A PROJECT <br /> USING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) <br /> ENTITLEMENT FUNDS ALLOCATED IN THE CITY'S ACTION PLAN <br /> FOR THE YEAR 2020-2021 FOR RENOVATIONS AT 211 LEE STREET <br /> WHICH HOUSES THE CENTRO CULTURAL HISPANO DE SAN <br /> MARCOS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, <br /> AS THE CITY'S REPRESENTATIVE TO EXECUTE ANY NECESSARY <br /> DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE MODIFICATION OF THE PROJECT; <br /> AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART L A modification to the Project using Community Development Block Grant <br /> (CDBG) Entitlement Funds allocated in the City's Action Plan for the Year 2020-2021 for <br /> renovation at 211 Lee Street,which houses the Centro Cultural Hispano de San Marcos as shown <br /> in Exhibit A is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to act as the official <br /> representative of the City and execute any necessary documents related to the modification of the <br /> Project. <br /> PART 3.
