RESOLUTION 2008-39R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND DATAPROSE, INC. FOR <br />THE PROVISION OF UTILITY BILLING SERVICES IN A NOT-TO- <br />EXCEED AMOUNT OF $250,000.00 PER YEAR FOR AN INITIAL TERM <br />OF ONE YEAR AND UP TO THREE ADDITIONAL TERMS OF ONE <br />YEAR EACH; AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached agreement between the City and DataProse, Inc., for utility <br />billing services in anot-to-exceed amount of $250,000.00 per year for an initial term of one year <br />and up to three additional terms of one year each is approved. <br />PART 2. The Interim City Manager, Collette Jamison, is authorized to execute the <br />Agreement on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
