RESOLUTION NO. 2023-151R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT <br /> WITH VARIOUS CITIZENS AND SAN MARCOS PUBLISHING, LP, TO <br /> ALLOW THE EXISTING SAN MARCOS DAILY RECORD BUILDING TO <br /> ENCROACH WITHIN A CITY EASEMENT LOCATED AT 1910 SOUTH <br /> I.H. 35; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HER DESIGNEE TO <br /> EXECUTE THE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached Encroachment Agreement with Nancy Milburn Granaghan, <br /> Gene Buckner, Melinda Lovelace, Bonnie Suzanne Buckner Bumpus, William David Buckner, <br /> and Sarah Ann McBryde, and San Marcos Publishing LP,to allow the existing San Marcos Daily <br /> Record to encroach within a city easement, is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the Agreement <br /> on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
