BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />PART 1. A construction contract is hereby awarded to Aaron Concrete Contractors, LLC, <br />for the East Aquarena. Springs Drive Reconstruction Project (IF13 #223-260) in the estimated <br />amount of $1,169,208.75. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the contract on <br />behalf of the city. <br />PART 3.
