RESOLUTION NO.2025-67R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CHANGE IN SERVICES TO THE <br /> CONTRACT WITH BOOTH MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, LLC FOR <br /> THE PROVISION OF CONSULTING SERVICES FOR OVERSIGHT AND <br /> COMPLIANCE IN CONNECTION WITH THE AMERICAN RESCUE <br /> PLAN ACT (ARPA) OF 2021 FOR AN AMOUNT OF $110,000.00, <br /> BRINGING THE TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT TO $330,000.00; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO <br /> EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS TO IMPLEMENT THE <br /> CHANGE IN SERVICES; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. A Change in Services to the contract with Booth Management Consulting,LLC <br /> for the provision of consulting services for oversight and compliance in connection with the <br /> American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021 for an amount of $110,000.00, bringing the total <br /> contract amount to $330,000.00, is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> documents to implement the change in services on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
