RESOLUTION NO.2025-90R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE RE-SUBMISSION OF AN <br /> APPLICATION TO THE MOTOR VEHICLE CRIME PREVENTION <br /> AUTHORITY FOR A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,500.00 FOR THE <br /> CONTINUED MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF TEN LICENSE <br /> PLATE READER CAMERAS FOR USE IN ADDRESSING MOTOR <br /> VEHICLE AND CATALYTIC CONVERTER THEFTS; AUTHORIZING <br /> THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE ANY AND <br /> ALL DOCUMENTS AS NEEDED TO APPLY FOR, ACCEPT, <br /> IMPLEMENT, DECLINE, MODIFY, OR CANCEL THE GRANT, IF <br /> AWARDED; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The submission of a grant application to the Motor Vehicle Crime <br /> Prevention Authority as described in the caption above is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute any and all <br /> documents as needed to apply for, accept, implement, decline, modify, or cancel said grant, if <br /> awarded, on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
