THE TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN UPDATE <br />PROJECT IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT 1 +01 Ili I1 <br />AUTHORIZINGOR HER DESIGNEE,/ <br />EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF 1 AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />1 <br />PART 1. The On -Call Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn and <br />Associates, Inc. (Contract No. 224-193) for the Transportation Master Plan Update Project in the <br />estimated amount of $900,000.00 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the professional <br />services agreement on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
