i " V OWN 9 K1 M M ; ,, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITT OF SAA ITTARCOS, <br />PART 1. A Conceptual Planning Agreement with Upward Communities for <br />redevelopment in downtown San Marcos, known as the Hopkins Redevelopment Project, <br />including a new City Hall and a potential public -private partnership, not to exceed the amount of <br />$767,970.00 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute a Conceptual <br />Planning Agreement on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
