RESOLUTION NO.2025-234R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF THE 2024-2025 <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) ANNUAL <br />PERFORMANCE REPORT AND THE CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL <br />PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) TO THE UNITED <br />STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT <br />(HUD); AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO <br />EXECUTE THE SUBMISSION OF ALL RELATED REPORTS TO HUD; <br />AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />PART 1. The attached Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual <br />Report and the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) are approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to act in all matters related <br />to the submission of the Reports as required by the United States Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development (HUD) on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
