RESOLUTION NO. 2026-1OR <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH <br />J.T. VAUGHN CONSTRUCTION LLC, THROUGH THE OMNIA <br />PARTNERS COOPERATIVE, FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br />RELATED TO THE CONCRETE ENTRYWAY TO THE GRANT <br />HARRIS BUILDING LOCATED AT 401 EAST HOPKINS STREET, IN <br />THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $109,688.00; AUTHORIZING THE <br />CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE THE <br />CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. A Construction Contract is hereby awarded to J.T. Vaughn Construction LLC., <br />through the Omnia Partners Cooperative (Contract No. R241607), for the provision of <br />construction services to the concrete entryway to the Grant Harris Building in the estimated <br />amount of $109,688.00. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the contract <br />on behalf of the city. <br />PART 3.
