RESOLUTION NO.2026-39R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD FOR THE PURCHASE OF A 2000 <br />PIERCE LADDER TRUCK, TO BE USED AS A BLOCKER TRUCK, IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF $99,000.00; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, <br />OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br />ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The Interlocal Agreement with the City of Friendswood, attached hereto, <br />for the purchase of a 2000 Pierce ladder truck, to be used as a blocker truck, in the amount of <br />$99,000.00, is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the Interlocal <br />Agreement on behalf of the city. <br />PART 3.
