RESOLUTION NO.2026-40R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR THE <br /> WATER AND WASTEWATER INVENTORY MATERIALS AND <br /> SUPPLIES INDEFINITE DELIVERY-INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) <br /> CONTRACT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. On February 12,2026,the City of San Marcos received five bids for the Water and <br /> Wastewater Inventory Materials and Supplies IDIQ Contract(IFB 2025-208). <br /> 2. After all bids were received, it was determined the bid and contract documents did <br /> not accurately reflect the city's requirements for award. <br /> 3. City Council now finds it would be in the best interests of the city to reject this bid. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The bids received in response to IFB No.2025-208 for the Water and Wastewater <br /> Inventory Materials and Supplies IDIQ Contract are rejected. <br /> PART 2.
