RESOLUTION NO. 2026-75R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br /> PECOS HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION,THE CITY OF KYLE AND <br /> HAYS COUNTY UNDER WHICH THE CORPORATION'S <br /> MULTIFAMILY APARTMENTS IN SAN MARCOS, KNOWN AS THE <br /> GRAND AT STONE CREEK, 490 BARNES DRIVE, WILL TO BE <br /> SUBJECT TO AD VALOREM PROPERTY TAXES; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE THE <br /> SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached Settlement Agreement with Pecos Housing Finance <br /> Corporation is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the agreement <br /> on behalf of the city. <br /> PART 3.
