RESOLUTION NO. 2026-66R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE REPLACEMENT AND REDESIGN <br /> OF THE SUNDIAL COMPASS ART PIECE AT PROSPECT PARK IN <br /> PURGATORY CREEK NATURAL AREA FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO <br /> EXCEED $35,000.00; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER <br /> DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE SUCH DOCUMENTS AS NECESSARY TO <br /> IMPLEMENT THIS PROJECT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The replacement and redesign of the Sundial Compass art piece at Prospect <br /> Park in Purgatory Creek Natural Area for an amount not to exceed$35,000.00 is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager,or her designee,is authorized to execute such documents <br /> as necessary to complete this project on behalf of the city. <br /> PART 3.
