<br />54 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1987-33R <br /> <br />A RE~OLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR A GRANT FOR <br />LIBRARY SERVICES, AUTHORIZING THE LIBRARY DIRECTOR TO <br />SUBMIT THE GRANT APPLICATION AND ESTABLISHING AN <br />EFFECTI VE DATE. <br /> <br />BE <br /> <br />IT <br /> <br />RESOLVED <br /> <br />BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the application for a Library Services and <br />Construction Act, Title I Federal Grant to provide funds for a Lifelong <br />Learning Project attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A and <br />incorporated in it for all purposes is approved. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That the Library Director is authorized to submit the <br />grant application to the Texas State Library. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
