<br />113 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1987-45R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A LEASE <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND EAGLE AERO <br />CORPORATION, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR 'ro ENTER <br />INTO THE LEASE AGREEMENT, AND ESTABLISHING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the agreement between the City and Eagle <br />Aero Corporation attached to this Resolution and made a part <br />of it for all purposes is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the Mayor, J.E. Younger, is authorized to <br />enter into this agreement. <br /> <br />PART 3.
