<br />19 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1987-52R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN (MAP) <br />OF THE MASTER PLAN OF SAID CITY, OF LOT 1, <br />SB& K JOINT VENTURE SUBDIVISION, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, <br />LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF UHLAND ROAD FROM HIGH DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL TO INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTI VE DATE. <br /> <br />vJHEREAS, on February 17,1987, the Joint Planning <br />and Zoning Commissions of the City of San Marcos held a public <br />hearing regarding a request to amend the Future Land Use Plan (Map) <br />of the Master Plan from High Density Residential to Industrial <br />of Lot 1, SB & K Joint Venture Subdivision, located on the south side <br />of Uhland Road, Hays County, Texas; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to said public hearing on said date, said <br />Commissions did, on February 17, 1987, consider said request <br />and voted to approve the same and have recommended that such <br />request be approved by the City Council of said City; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said City Council held a public hearing on the <br />of May, 1987, regarding such request; and, <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />day <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all requirements <br />amendments have been met; and, <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Has ter <br /> <br />Plan <br /> <br />pertaining <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />vVHEREAS, sa id Ci ty Counc i 1 hereby finds and de termines that the <br />adoption of the following resolution is in the interest of the public <br />health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />SAN <br /> <br />MARCOS, <br /> <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the following described tract of real property <br />located on the south side of Uhland Road, San Marcos, Hays County, <br />Texas, which is in an area shown On the Future Land Use Plan (Map) of <br />the Master Plan of the City of San Marcos as High Density Residential <br />shall be shown on said map as Industrial: <br /> <br />LOT 1, SB & K JOINT VENTURE SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 4, <br />PAGE 138 OF THE HAYS COUNTY PLAT RECORDS. <br /> <br />PART 2.
