<br />28 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1987-56R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING <br />FINAL PAYMENT TO CARROTHERS CONSTRUCTION <br />COMPANY, INC. FOR COMPLETION OF THAT <br />PROJECT KNOWN AS WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENTS <br />EPA PROJECT NO. C-48-l464-03 MAIN LIFT <br />STATION AND FORCE MAIN, ACCEPTING SAID <br />PROJECT FOR USE BY SAID CITY, AUTHORIZING <br />FINAL PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$10,000.00, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, has engaged the <br />services of Carrothers Construction Company, Inc. for <br />completion of that project known as 'ivastewater Improvements <br />EPA Project No. C-48-1464-03 Main Lift Station and Force <br />Main; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said services were provided pursuant to a <br />contract between the City of San Marcos, Texas, and said <br />contract was entered into on December 26, 1985; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the project known as Wastewater <br />Improvements EPA Project No. C-48-l464-03 Main Lift Station <br />and Force Main has been completed pursuant to that contract <br />of December 26, 1985, between said City and Carrothers <br />Construction Company, Inc., and said project is hereby <br />accepted for use by the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />PART 2. That final payment in the amount of $10,000.00 <br />to Carrothers Construction Company, Inc. in full payment for <br />said services is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />PART 3.
