<br />110 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1987-77R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCE ZONE ANNUAL REPORT <br />TO TAXING UNITS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />SIGN THE REPORT, AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 12 of Article 1066e, Texas <br />Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, Texas Tax Increment <br />Financing Act of 1981, the City Council of the City of San <br />Marcos, Texas, must, on or before July 1 each year, submit an <br />annual report to the chief executive officer of every taxing <br />unit that levies property taxes on the property included in <br />the Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />and to the Texas Attorney General; now, therfore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the Tax Increment Finance Zone Annual <br />Report To Taxing Units, a copy of which is attached to this <br />resolution is hereby approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That Mayor J .E. Younger is hereby authorized <br />to sign the Tax Increment Finance Zone Annual Report To <br />Taxing Units. <br /> <br />PART 3. That the City Secretary is directed to <br />distribute copies of this resolution and the annual report to <br />each taxing unit which levies taxes on the subject property <br />and to the Texas Attorney General. <br /> <br />PART 4.
