RESOLUTION NO. 2026-112R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH EMERGICON <br /> FOR FIRE AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SERVICES BILLING <br /> AND COLLECTION SERVICES, THROUGH AN INTERLOCAL <br /> PURCHASING AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, <br /> FOR AN ESTIMATED FEE OF UP TO $350,000.00 PER YEAR; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO <br /> EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. A contract with Emergicon for fire and emergency management services billing <br /> and collection services,through an interlocal purchasing agreement with the City of Euless,Texas, <br /> for an estimated fee of up to $350,000.00 per year is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to negotiate final terms of the <br /> agreement and execute the contract on behalf of the city. <br /> PART 3.
