<br />50 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1987- 121R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORI ZING <br />AND APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF <br />A PROPOSED AGREEMENT BETWEEN MELISSA <br />MILLECAM AND THE CITY FOR THE PROVISION <br />OF PUBLIC INFORMATION SERVICES, <br />AUTHORI ZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />THE AGREEMENT, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, desires to enter into an agreement with Melissa <br />Millecam for her provision of public information services; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the proposed <br />Agreement between the City and Melissa Millecam for her <br />provision of public information services, a copy of the <br />Agreement being attached hereto and incorporated herein for <br />all purposes, are hereby in all things approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, <br />authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of said City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
