105. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2003- 213 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF AN ANNUAL CONTRACT <br />WITH CROUCH/KST ENTERPRISES, LTD FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND <br />REPAIR OF THE WATER AND WASTEWATER DEPARTMENT SCADA <br />SYSTEM; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT <br />EXTENSION ON BEHALF OFTHE CITYAND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br /> 1. On November 25, 2002 the City Council approved an annual contract for the <br />maintenance and repair of the Water and Wastewater Department SCADA system with <br />Crouch/KST Enterprises, Ltd. <br /> <br />2. Both parties agree to a renewal of the Contract for an additional year. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br /> PART 1. The extension of the contract with Crouch/KST Enterprises, Ltd. for <br />the maintenance and repair of the Water and Wastewater Department SCADA system is <br />approved. <br /> <br /> PART 2.
