Worrel I Also present: James Baugh; Jerri Martin; Don Flores; Mel issa Millecam The Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. The Mayor introduced an ordinance and read the caption as follows: II AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND SETTING RATES FOR ELECTRICAL UTILITIES; ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR RATE ADJUSTMENTS; PROVIDING FOR HEARINGS ON RATES AND SERVICES; REQUIRING REPORTS~AND STATEMENTS; AND PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE. Councilman Etheredge moved the ordinance be approved on .third and final reading. Councilman Yarbrough seconded the ~otion. On roll cal I, the following vote was recorded: AYE: Cunningham, DeLa Ro~a, Etheredge, Flores, King, Yarbrough NAY: None The Mayor declared the ordinance Passed, Approved and Adopted. The City Manager stated that an ordinance relating to garbage and trash was being prepared for Council consideration., Mr. Yarbrough requested that the Council meet in workshop to discuss the ordinance prior to placing it on the January 8 Agenda.
