Baugh <br />Tom Akins <br />Susan Fritsche <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />John Hansen <br /> <br />Also present: Ruth King; David Dailey; David Pool and others. <br /> <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Sutton moved the removal of Pete Rodriguez, Herschel Walling, Leonard Fielder, <br />and Eddy Etheredge from the Board of Equalization due to their inability to attend <br />scheduled meetings. Mr. Breihan seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock announced the nomination to fill the vacancies on the Board of <br />Equalization as follows: Mrs. Ross King, W.D. Owen, David Pool, David Dailey, <br />John Fitch, and Shirley Wickersham. On roll call, Councilmen voted for three <br />of the nominees as follows: <br /> <br />II <br />I <br /> <br />ARREDONDO: <br />BREIHAN: <br />DIBRELL: <br />CRADDOCK: <br />FLORES: <br />SUTTON: <br /> <br />Fitch, King, Pool <br />King, Pool, Dailey <br />King, Pool, Dailey <br />Fitch, King, Owen <br />Fitch, King, Pool <br />Pool, Dailey, Gwen <br /> <br />The Mayor announced the Mrs. King and Mr. Pool had received the majority of <br />votes, and that Mr. Dailey and Dr. Fitch had tied for the third appointment. <br />On roll call, Council voted for Dr. Fitch and Mr. Dailey as follows: <br /> <br />ARREDONDO: <br />BREIHAN: <br />DIBRELL: <br />CRADDOCK: <br />FLORES: <br />SUTTON: <br /> <br />Fitch <br />Dailey <br />Dailey <br />Fitch <br />Fitch <br />Dailey <br /> <br />The vote was declared tied.
