<br />i ;" <br /> <br />'$:.- <br /> <br />~".:! <br /> <br />91 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1977-38-R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPOINTING BLAS MENDEZ, <br />LUPE PICASIO AND KATHLEEN BONSALL AS DEPUTY <br />COURT CLERKS OF THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL COURT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Deputy Court Clerks are required on a 24 hour basis in the <br />Department of Public Safety in order to facilitate the filing and <br />processing of crimrenal complaints; and <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Deputy Court Clerk is required in conjunction with the <br />City Attorney function at City Hall in order to facilitate the filing <br />and processing of criminal complaints; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />Part 1. That BIas Mendez, Lupe Picasio and Kathleen Bonsall shall <br />hereby be appointed as Deputy Court Clerks of the San Marcos Municipal <br />Court with all rights and responsibilities attendant thereto. <br /> <br />Part 2.
