<br />21: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1977-59-R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br />TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />FUNDS FOR ACI'ION YEAR FOUR PURSUANT TO THE HOUSING <br />AND COMl1UNITY DEVELOPMENT Acr OF 1974. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, is entitled to participate in the <br /> <br />I Housing and Community Development Act funding for Fiscal Year 1978; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, desires to exercise said entitlement <br /> <br />pursuant to said Act; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF: CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the City Manager, C. J. Webster, or his successor, be and :~s <br /> <br />hereby, authorized to submit on behalf of the City of San Marcos, Texas im <br /> <br />application to participate in the Housing and Canrnunity Development Act of <br /> <br />1974, pursuant to the terms and provisions of said Act, said application to <br /> <br />be forwarded to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Developnent. <br /> <br />PART 2.
