• <br />RESOLUTION 2008-117R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO <br />RODMAN, LLC FOR THE FM 3407 (WONDER WORLD DRIVE) <br />EXTENSION PROJECT FROM RM 12 TO STAGECOACH DRIVE IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF $26,218,770.89 CONTINGENT UPON THE CITY'S <br />RECEIPT OF APPROVAL FOR PROJECT AWARD FROM THE TEXAS <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS <br />PART 1. The award of a construction contract to Rodman LLC of Round Rock, <br />Texas for the FM 3407 (Wonder World Drive) Extension Project from RM 12 to Stagecoach <br />Drive in the amount of $26,218,770.89 is approved contingent upon the City's receipt of <br />approval for project award from the Texas Department of Transportation. <br />• PART 2. The City Manager, Rick Menchaca, is authorized to execute the contract <br />documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
