<br />177. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2004--2.LR <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING A RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON MARCH <br />22,2004 APPOINTING PRESIDING JUDGES AND ALTERNATE JUDGES <br />FOR THE GENERAL AND SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON MAY 15, <br />2004; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE~ <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1 ~ The City Council of the City of San Marcos adopted a resolution on March <br />22,2004 which appointed presidingjudges and alternate judges forthe general and special <br />election to be held on May 15, 2004~ <br /> <br />2.. It is necessary to amend that resolution to remove Mary Helen Martinez as <br />the alternate presiding judge for Precinct 120/121 and to appoint Lorraine Burleson as the <br />alternate presiding judge for Precinct 120/121 ~ <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1.
